Friendly staff, helpful and flexible. Free mini bar. Close proximity to a large shopping mall. Clean and nicely decorated rooms. Good breakfast with variety of options. Rooms equipped with tea/coffee making facilities. Complimentary water, biscuits, coffee, and tea in the room.
There was nothing I didn't like.

The hotel is conveniently located near a major highway and public transportation. the rooms are clean and equipped with machines to make tea and coffee. Bottled water, biscuits, coffee, and tea are thoughtfully provided free of charge.
Language may be a barrier, as some staff members do not speak English well.

I really enjoyed my recent stay at Demir Suite. The location was convenient, with easy access to public transport and a large shopping mall just across the street. The rooms were clean and recently renovated, made for a comfortable stay. The staff, especially the English-speaking lady, was very friendly and helpful.

During our Easter break, we stayed at a hotel located near the highway, which made it easy for us to access different parts of the city quickly. The rooms were clean, and we appreciated the complimentary coffee, tea, and biscuits provided each day in our room. Another great aspect was the friendly and responsive staff that made check-in and check-out hassle-free.
There were also some negative aspects which impacted our stay. the lack of an elevator was inconvenient, and carrying luggage to the upper floor was tiring.

We had a wonderful romantic escape and enjoyed the hotel's amenities. the room was clean and well-appointed, with a comfortable bed and plush linens. the breakfast was delicious and offered a variety of fresh items. the location was perfect, close to shops and restaurants, and within walking distance of key attractions. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome and valued guests.
The room was a bit noisy due to traffic from a nearby main road, even with the windows closed. the WiFi was unreliable and kept dropping out, which was frustrating.
